“How to check which version of IE you are using”
From the pull-down menu at the top of your window, click Help. Then click About Internet Explorer
You will see a window appear similar to one of the following:
Note the Version: number as either 5.xx.xxxx... or 6.x.xxxx... in the images above,
then click on the one that most closely matches your version for installation instructions of the ICA client.
If you get a blank screen upon clicking either image, it means you do not have Adobe Reader installed. Close that window, return here and click the Adobe icon to install it.
