Health Information Services Department is located on the main campus on the basement level in Room N012 and is staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to assist the medical and support staff of UMC in records management.
Health Information Services has a satellite office located at the Jackson Medical Mall which operates Monday - Friday, 6:00 am - 12:00 am.
There are currently three areas assigned for incomplete records. The main Incomplete Medical Records Division is located in Room H145 for adult patients, Pediatric Incomplete Division is located in Room C108 and the OB/GYN Incomplete Division is located in W254.
The release of information division is located outside of the hospital but has a representative located in the Billing Office in H146.
